Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Blessed Providence, LLC d.b.a. Sutton Acres (the "App"), operated by Blessed Providence, LLC d.b.a. Sutton Acres ("us," "we," or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the App.
Google Sign-In: To use the App, you must sign in with your Google account. By doing so, you grant us permission to access certain information from your Google account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your Google account is accurate and up-to-date.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your account, whether your account is with our App or a third-party service like Google.
You agree not to use the App in any way that:
Our Content: The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Blessed Providence, LLC d.b.a. Sutton Acres and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Blessed Providence, LLC d.b.a. Sutton Acres.
Your Content: By submitting content to the App (if applicable), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the operation of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App and, if desired, revoke its permissions in your Google account settings.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on it. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Blessed Providence, LLC d.b.a. Sutton Acres, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Leon County of The State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
